We'll start with an intro call to make sure we're a good fit. After you sign-up, we'll setup a discovery call. An online “Kanban” system using a secure Notion page allows you as the client to submit requests, comment on design, and approve everything. You can queue up as many requests as you'd like, prioritizing one-at-a-time as your active request.
Most requests are completed within just a few business days. On larger, custom projects it may take longer, but you’ll get plenty of communication and updates each week.
Design Fox uses Figma primarily but occasionally Adobe Creative Cloud. For communication with you, a secure Notion page is used. See "What is the communication and request process" above as well.

Design Fox uses a very specific intake process to focus on the work and cut out a lot of the “meeting noise.” The focus is on creating excellent work which you’ll hopefully not only be satisfied with but excited to continue working with DF.
We actually love and use AI for ideation and automation, and Canva for "quick hits." That said, most successful SaaS and FinTech companies realize that major design efforts benefit from expert human designers, which Design Fox fulfills.
Design Fox doesn’t do any coding work but happy to provide thorough hand-off and spec docs to your dev team. We don’t do 3D modeling or motion graphics.
